GEMA: Gentiaras Journal of Management and Accounting ISSN 2086-9592 (print) and 2721-5490 (online) is an open access journal published by Lembaga Penelitian, dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) STIE GENTIARAS Bandar Lampung and collaborates with central (national) scientific institutions / professional organizations, namely the Indonesian Accountants Association Educator Accountant Compartment (IAI KAPd). Gema Journal is published twice a year (in November and May). GEMA: Gentiaras Journal of Management and Accounting focuses on publishing quality articles that are the result of research and literature reviews related to Management and Accounting so as to contribute and positively influence the scientific field of Management and Accounting.
