The Effect of Physical Work Environment and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Kamigumi Indonesia in Bandar Lampung

The performance of a company's employees is expected to be optimal if they pay attention to several factors, one of which is the physical work environment and extrinsic motivation. This research will show how much influence it has. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with associative methods, the population of this research data is all 35 employees of PT Kamigumi Indonesia. The sample collection used is saturated sampling technique. The results showed that the physical work environment and extrinsic motivation had a positive impact on the performance of PT Kamigumi Indonesia employees. Thus, a company or leadership can pay attention to this factor and can be facilitated both the physical work environment and extrinsic motivation so that the company's employee performance becomes more optimal. Other studies need to also consider research on leadership style on the physical work environment, and motivation. So as to further enrich knowledge about variables that can affect employee performance.
